About Me

Hello!! My name is Emma Winiarski, and I started my home baking business 2 years ago in Buffalo, NY! I make specialty cakes and cookies for any event or occasion. Everything I make is from scratch, and I can turn your vision into delicious desserts.

I graduated from Paul Smith's College with a bachelor’s degree in Baking Arts and Service Management and a minor in Business.​ I have always known I wanted to become a baker since I was a little girl and would always help my mom bake at home.

My favorite part of baking is the decorating! I love coming up with new designs and making people's day when they see what I create.
